Mexico Visa for the citizens of Cuba
Mexico Visa Requirements
Citizens of Cuba must obtain a visa before travelling to Mexico. The type of visa required depends on the purpose and duration of your stay in Mexico. Generally, visitors from Cuba are eligible for a tourist visa, which allows them to stay in Mexico for up to 180 days.
In order to apply for a tourist visa, applicants must submit the following documents: a valid passport, two recent passport-sized photographs, proof of financial means, and proof of travel arrangements. Applicants may also be asked to provide additional documents depending on their individual circumstances.
Mexico Visa Application Process
The application process for a Mexico visa is relatively straightforward. Applicants can apply online or in person at their nearest Mexican embassy or consulate. When applying online, applicants must fill out an application form and upload the necessary documents.
Once the application has been submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming receipt of their application. Processing times vary depending on the embassy or consulate, but typically take between 5-10 business days.
Mexico FMM
Once approved, applicants will receive their Mexico visa via email as an electronic document known as an FMM (Forma Migratoria Multiple). This document must be presented upon arrival in Mexico and is valid for up to 180 days.

Visa Extension
If you wish to extend your stay in Mexico beyond 180 days, you must apply for an extension at least 30 days before your current visa expires. To do so, you must submit an application form and supporting documents at your nearest immigration office.
