Uganda Visa Requirements
Citizens of North Korea and East African residents must meet certain requirements in order to be eligible for a Uganda eVisa. These include having a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining, proof of sufficient funds, and a return ticket or onward journey ticket. Additionally, applicants must provide proof of accommodation in Uganda, such as hotel reservations or an invitation letter from a host.
Applicants must also provide two recent passport-sized photographs, as well as any other documents that may be required by the Ugandan authorities. It is important to note that all documents must be in English or French, or they must be accompanied by certified translations.
Uganda Visa Application Process
The application process for a Uganda eVisa is simple and straightforward. Applicants can apply online via the Uganda eVisa website. The application form requires basic personal information such as name, date of birth, address, etc., as well as passport details and travel plans.
Once the application has been submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming their application status within 3-5 business days. If approved, applicants will receive their eVisa via email within 7-10 business days.
Uganda Visa Validity
The Uganda eVisa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and allows multiple entries into the country during this period. However, visitors are only allowed to stay in the country for up to 45 days per visit.
It is important to note that visitors must have their passports with them at all times while in Uganda.
