BAHRAIN VISA FOR JAPANESE
Types of Bahrain Visa
There are several types of visas available for Japanese citizens travelling to Bahrain, depending on the purpose of your trip. The most common type is a tourist visa, which allows you to stay in Bahrain for up to 30 days. Other types of visas include business visas, work visas, student visas and transit visas.
If you are planning to stay in Bahrain for longer than 30 days, you will need to apply for a residence permit. This can be done through the Ministry of Interior in Bahrain or through an authorized agent.
Application Process
The application process for a Bahrain visa is relatively straightforward. You will need to fill out an online application form and submit it along with supporting documents such as your passport and proof of travel insurance. Once your application has been approved, you will receive an electronic visa (eVisa) via email.
You can apply for an eVisa through the official website of the Government of Bahrain or through an authorized agent such as eVisa Bahrain.
Requirements
In order to be eligible for a Bahrain visa, you must meet certain requirements. These include having a valid passport with at least six months validity remaining, proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Bahrain and proof of travel insurance.
It is important to note that all applications are subject to approval by the Government of Bahrain and may take up to 10 working days to process.
Fees
The cost of a Bahrain visa varies depending on the type of visa and length of stay. For example, a single-entry tourist visa costs around BHD 20 (approximately USD 53). Fees must be paid online using a credit or debit card.
It is important to note that fees are non-refundable even if your application is rejected.
