Azerbaijan Visa Process
Overview
Azerbaijan offers visa-free entry to citizens of over 80 countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and most European countries. For those who do not qualify for visa-free entry, there are two options: applying for a traditional visa at an Azerbaijani embassy or consulate, or applying for an eVisa. An eVisa is an electronic travel authorization that can be obtained online.

Requirements
To apply for an eVisa, applicants must have a valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity and two blank pages. Applicants must also provide a digital photograph taken within the last six months and a copy of their flight itinerary or hotel reservation.
Applicants must also pay the applicable fee using a credit or debit card. The fee varies depending on the type of visa being applied for and the processing time selected by the applicant.
Processing Time
The processing time for an eVisa application is typically between one and three business days; however, applicants can select a faster processing time if needed. It is important to note that applications may take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances.
It is recommended that travelers apply for their eVisa at least three days before their planned departure date.
Validity Period
An eVisa is valid for up to 90 days from the date of issue and allows travelers to enter Azerbaijan multiple times during the validity period.
