New Zealand ETA for the citizens of Seychelles
What is an eTA?
An Electronic Travel Authority (eTA) is an electronic visa waiver that allows citizens of certain countries to travel to New Zealand for short-term stays of up to 90 days. An eTA is linked electronically to your passport and is valid for two years from the date of issue.
The eTA application process is quick and easy and can be completed online in just a few minutes. All you need to do is fill out the online form at eTA New Zealand, pay the fee and wait for your eTA to be approved.
Documents Required
When applying for an eTA, you will need to provide some basic personal information as well as a valid passport from Seychelles. You will also need to provide proof of your return or onward journey, such as a flight ticket or itinerary.
It is important that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date, as any discrepancies may result in delays or even rejection of your application.
Processing Time
Once your application has been submitted, it usually takes less than 24 hours for it to be processed and approved by the New Zealand Immigration Service.
However, it is recommended that you apply at least 72 hours before your intended date of travel in order to avoid any delays or complications.
Fees
The cost of an eTA for citizens of Seychelles is NZD$12 (approximately USD$8). This fee must be paid when submitting your application online.
Please note that this fee is non-refundable, even if your application is rejected or delayed.
