What is the Singapore Health Declaration?
The Singapore Health Declaration is a form that must be completed by all travellers entering Singapore. It is used to collect information about the traveller’s health status and travel history. The form must be filled out accurately and completely in order for the traveller to be allowed entry into Singapore.
The Singapore Health Declaration must be submitted online before arriving in Singapore. It can be found on Singapore eVisa. Once submitted, it will be reviewed by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and a decision will be made on whether or not the traveller can enter Singapore.
How to Fill Out the Singapore Health Declaration
The Singapore Health Declaration must be filled out accurately and completely in order for it to be accepted by ICA. All fields are mandatory and must be filled out correctly.
When filling out the form, travellers should provide their personal details such as name, date of birth, passport number, contact information, etc. They should also provide information about their recent travel history and any medical conditions they may have.
Documents Required for Submission
In addition to completing the Singapore Health Declaration form, travellers must also submit supporting documents such as a valid passport or visa, proof of residence, medical certificates, etc.
These documents must be uploaded when submitting the form online via Singapore eVisa. Failure to do so may result in delays or even denial of entry into Singapore.
Submitting Dependents’ Declarations
If you are travelling with dependents, you must submit a separate declaration for each one of them. The same documents required for your own declaration must also be submitted for each dependent.
It is important to note that all declarations must be submitted at least 24 hours before arrival in Singapore.
