When does the Qatar World Cup start?
The Qatar World Cup 2022 will kick off on November 21st, 2022 and end on December 18th, 2022. This means that the tournament will last a total of 28 days.
The opening match of the tournament will take place at Al Bayt Stadium in Al Khor City, while the final match will be held at Lusail Iconic Stadium in Doha.
How many teams are participating?
A total of 32 teams from around the world will compete in the Qatar World Cup 2022. These teams have been divided into 8 groups of 4 teams each.
The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stage, where they will compete for a spot in the final match.
What type of visa is required to enter Qatar?
All visitors to Qatar must obtain a valid visa before entering the country. Depending on your nationality, you may be eligible for a Qatar eVisa, which can be obtained online through Qatar eVisa.
If you are not eligible for an eVisa, you must apply for a regular visa at your nearest Qatari embassy or consulate.
What are the ticket prices for the Qatar World Cup?
Tickets for the Qatar World Cup 2022 are expected to go on sale in 2021. The exact prices have not yet been announced, but it is expected that tickets will range from QAR 100 (approx. USD 27) to QAR 1,000 (approx. USD 270).
Discounts may be available for students and children under 16 years old.
