Types of Oman Visas
There are several types of visas available for travelers visiting Oman. Depending on your nationality and purpose of travel, you may be eligible for a tourist visa, business visa, or transit visa. Tourist visas are valid for up to 30 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days. Business visas are valid for up to 90 days and can also be extended for an additional 90 days. Transit visas are valid for up to 48 hours.
Note: Citizens of certain countries may be eligible for Visa on Arrival, which allows them to enter Oman without applying for a visa in advance.
Requirements
In order to apply for an Oman visa, you must meet certain requirements. These include having a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining, proof of sufficient funds to cover your stay in Oman, and a return ticket or onward ticket.
Note: You may also need to provide additional documents such as a letter of invitation from your sponsor in Oman or proof of accommodation.
Fees
The cost of an Oman visa varies depending on your nationality and type of visa applied for. Generally speaking, tourist visas cost around $20 USD while business visas cost around $50 USD.

Processing Times
The processing time for an Oman visa depends on the type of visa applied for and the country from which it is being applied. Generally speaking, tourist visas take around 3-5 working days while business visas take around 5-7 working days.
