Types of Visas
There are several types of visas available for Indian citizens travelling to New Zealand, depending on the purpose of your trip. The most common type is the Visitor Visa, which allows you to stay in New Zealand for up to nine months. Other types include the Work Visa, which allows you to work in New Zealand, and the Student Visa, which allows you to study in New Zealand.
If you plan to stay in New Zealand for more than nine months, you may be eligible for a Residence Visa. This type of visa requires additional documentation and is subject to approval by Immigration New Zealand.
Entry Requirements
In order to apply for a visa, Indian citizens must meet certain entry requirements. These include providing proof of identity, such as a valid passport or national ID card, and proof of financial stability, such as bank statements or pay slips.

eTA Application
Indian citizens who wish to travel to New Zealand must apply for an Electronic Travel Authority (eTA) before their arrival. The eTA is an online application that can be completed quickly and easily from any device with internet access.

Visa Fees
The cost of a visa varies depending on the type of visa and length of stay in New Zealand. Generally speaking, Visitor Visas cost around NZD$165 (INR 8500) while Work Visas cost around NZD$250 (INR 13000). Student Visas cost around NZD$350 (INR 18000). Residence Visas cost around NZD$1000 (INR 52500).
