Eligibility Requirements
The Green Card Lottery is open to citizens of certain countries who meet certain criteria. To be eligible, applicants must have either a high school diploma or two years of work experience in a profession that requires at least two years of training or experience. Additionally, applicants must not have any criminal convictions or be ineligible for US immigration.
In addition to meeting the eligibility requirements, applicants must also submit a valid passport and proof of their nationality. Applicants must also provide proof of their education or work experience as well as any other documents required by the Dutch government.
Application Process
Once applicants have met all the eligibility requirements, they can begin the application process. The first step is to complete an online application form which includes personal information such as name, address, date of birth, and country of origin. Applicants must also provide details about their education and work experience.
After submitting the application form, applicants will receive an email confirming their submission and providing instructions on how to pay the processing fee. Once the fee has been paid, applicants will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to complete their application.
Selection Process
Once applications are submitted, they are reviewed by the Dutch government and selected based on a variety of factors such as education level, work experience, and nationality. Selected applicants will then be notified via email and invited to apply for a residence permit.
Applicants who are not selected in the lottery will not be notified but can reapply in future lotteries if they still meet all eligibility requirements.
