Turkey Visa Requirements
US Green Card holders must obtain a visa in order to enter Turkey. The type of visa required depends on the purpose of your visit, such as tourism, business, or study. All visas must be obtained prior to arrival in Turkey and are valid for up to 90 days.
In order to apply for a visa, you must have a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity from the date of entry into Turkey. You must also provide proof of sufficient funds for your stay in Turkey and proof of onward or return travel arrangements.
How to Apply
US Green Card holders can apply for a Turkish visa online through Turkey eVisa. The application process is simple and straightforward and can be completed in just a few minutes.
You will need to provide personal information such as your name, address, date of birth, passport details, and contact information. You will also need to answer questions about your health and criminal history.
Processing Time
Once you have submitted your application, it will take up to 3 business days for it to be processed by the Turkish government. Once approved, you will receive an email notification with your eVisa attached.
It is important that you print out your eVisa and present it upon arrival in Turkey.
Fees
The cost of a Turkish visa varies depending on the type of visa you are applying for and how quickly you need it processed. The standard processing time is 3 business days and costs $60 USD per person.
