Sri Lanka Visa Requirements
Bissau Guinean citizens are required to obtain a tourist visa in order to enter Sri Lanka. The visa must be obtained prior to arrival in the country, and can be applied for online through the Sri Lanka eVisa website.
In order to apply for the visa, applicants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry into Sri Lanka. They must also provide proof of sufficient funds for their stay, as well as evidence of onward or return travel arrangements.
Application Process
The application process is simple and straightforward. Applicants must fill out an online form with personal details such as name, address, date of birth, passport number, etc., and upload a copy of their passport photo page.
Once the application is submitted, it will be processed within 3 business days and applicants will receive an email notification when their visa has been approved. The visa will then be linked to their passport electronically.
Validity Period
The Sri Lanka eVisa is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and allows for a single entry into the country. It cannot be extended or renewed once it has expired.
It is important to note that visitors must enter Sri Lanka within 90 days from the date of issue of the visa.
Fees
The fee for a Sri Lanka eVisa is USD $35 per person, plus a processing fee of USD $5 per person.
