
Singapore travel to Qatar – Entry Requirements
Visa Requirements
Singaporean citizens are required to obtain a visa in order to enter Qatar. The type of visa depends on the purpose of your visit. Tourist visas are valid for 30 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days. Business visas are valid for 90 days and can be extended for an additional 90 days.
The easiest way to apply for a visa is through Qatar eVisa. All you need to do is fill out an online application form and pay the applicable fee. Once your application is approved, you will receive your visa electronically.
Travel Documents
In addition to a valid visa, Singaporean citizens must also have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of arrival in Qatar. You must also have proof of onward or return travel tickets.
It is important to note that visitors must have their passports with them at all times while in Qatar.
Health Requirements
All travellers entering Qatar must present a valid health certificate issued by an authorised medical centre in Singapore, which states that they are free from any contagious diseases.
Travellers may also be required to undergo medical tests upon arrival in Qatar.
Other Requirements
Travellers must also declare any currency exceeding 10,000 QAR (Qatari Riyal) upon arrival in Qatar.
