Requirements for citizens who are from Tajikistan visa-free countries
Passport Requirements
The first requirement for citizens from visa-free countries is that they must have a valid passport. The passport must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry into Tajikistan. It should also have at least two blank pages for stamps.
In addition, the passport must contain information about the traveler’s identity and nationality. This includes their full name, date of birth, place of birth, and nationality. Citizens from visa-free countries must also present their passport upon arrival in Tajikistan.
Travel Documents
Citizens from visa-free countries must also present other travel documents when entering Tajikistan. These documents include a return ticket or an onward ticket to another destination, as well as proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay in the country.
Proof of sufficient funds can include bank statements, credit cards, or cash. Citizens from visa-free countries must also provide proof of accommodation during their stay in Tajikistan. This can include hotel reservations or an invitation letter from a host in the country.
Duration of Stay
Citizens from visa-free countries are allowed to stay in Tajikistan for up to 45 days within any 180 day period. This means that travelers cannot stay in the country for more than 45 days within any 6 month period.
If travelers wish to stay longer than 45 days, they must apply for a Tajikistan eVisa through Tajikistan eVisa.
Entry Restrictions
Citizens from visa-free countries are not allowed to work or study while in Tajikistan without obtaining a proper permit or visa beforehand.
Travelers are also not allowed to leave and reenter the country during their stay without obtaining a multiple entry visa beforehand.
