MEXICO VISA FOR THE CITIZENS OF MOROCCO
Mexico Visa Requirements
Citizens of Morocco are required to obtain a visa before travelling to Mexico. The type of visa you will need depends on the purpose and duration of your stay in Mexico. Generally, there are two types of visas available: tourist visas and business visas. Tourist visas are valid for up to 180 days, while business visas can be valid for up to one year.
In order to apply for a Mexico visa, you must have a valid passport from Morocco that is valid for at least 6 months after your intended date of departure from Mexico. You must also provide proof of sufficient funds, proof of accommodation, and a return ticket or onward ticket.
Mexico FMM
In addition to applying for a visa, citizens of Morocco must also obtain an FMM (Forma Migratoria Multiple) upon arrival in Mexico. The FMM is an immigration form that must be completed by all foreign visitors entering Mexico. It is available online at Mexico FMM, or it can be obtained at the airport upon arrival.
The FMM must be presented at the port of entry when entering Mexico and kept with your passport until you leave the country. Failure to present the FMM when requested may result in fines or other penalties.
Visa Application Process
The process for applying for a Mexico visa is relatively straightforward. Applicants must complete an online application form and submit it along with supporting documents such as their passport, proof of funds, and proof of accommodation.
Once the application has been submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming receipt of their application and providing further instructions on how to proceed with their application.
Visa Processing Time
The processing time for a Mexico visa varies depending on the type of visa being applied for and the number of applications received by the Mexican embassy or consulate in Morocco.
Generally, it takes between 5-10 working days for a tourist visa application to be processed, while business visa applications can take up to 15 working days.
