For those who wish to avoid the hassle of applying for a visa in person, there is now an option to apply for an Kyrgyzstan eVisa. This electronic visa allows travellers from certain countries, including China, to apply online and receive their visa within 72 hours.
Costs
The cost of a Kyrgyzstan visa varies depending on the type of visa and length of stay. Tourist visas typically cost around $50 USD, while business visas can cost up to $100 USD.
The cost of an eVisa is slightly higher at $60 USD but this includes processing fees and is much faster than applying for a traditional visa.
Validity
A Kyrgyzstan visa is valid for up to 90 days from the date of issue and can be extended if necessary. It is important to note that overstaying your visa can result in fines or other penalties.
An eVisa is valid for up to 60 days from the date of issue and cannot be extended or renewed.
