KUWAIT VISA FOR GCC RESIDENTS
Types of Kuwait Visas
GCC residents can apply for a tourist visa, business visa, or transit visa. Tourist visas are valid for up to 90 days and allow visitors to explore the country and its attractions. Business visas are valid for up to 30 days and are suitable for those travelling on business trips. Transit visas are valid for up to 48 hours and are ideal for those who need to pass through Kuwait while travelling from one destination to another.
It is important to note that GCC residents do not need a visa if they plan to stay in Kuwait for less than 30 days. However, if they plan to stay longer than 30 days, they must obtain a visa before entering the country.
Requirements
In order to apply for a Kuwait visa, GCC residents must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of entry into Kuwait. They must also provide proof of sufficient funds, such as bank statements or credit cards, as well as proof of accommodation in Kuwait.
GCC residents may also be required to provide additional documents depending on the type of visa they are applying for. For example, those applying for a business visa may need an invitation letter from their sponsor in Kuwait.
