Ethiopia Visa for Lebanese citizens
Visa Requirements
Lebanese citizens must obtain a visa before travelling to Ethiopia. The Ethiopian government offers two types of visas: a single-entry visa and a multiple-entry visa. The single-entry visa is valid for up to 90 days, while the multiple-entry visa is valid for up to 180 days.
In order to apply for an Ethiopia visa, Lebanese citizens must provide the following documents: a valid passport, two passport-sized photographs, proof of travel insurance, and proof of sufficient funds. It is also important to note that all visas must be applied for in person at an Ethiopian embassy or consulate.
Application Process
The application process for an Ethiopia visa is relatively straightforward. First, applicants must fill out the online application form on the Ethiopian Immigration website. Once the form has been completed, applicants must submit it along with all required documents to an Ethiopian embassy or consulate.
In addition, applicants may also choose to apply for an Ethiopia e-Visa. An e-Visa is an electronic travel authorization that allows travelers to enter Ethiopia without having to apply in person at an embassy or consulate.
Processing Time
The processing time for an Ethiopia visa varies depending on the type of visa being applied for and the method of application. For applications submitted in person at an embassy or consulate, processing times can take up to 10 business days.
For applications submitted online via the e-Visa system, processing times can take up to 3 business days. It is important to note that e-Visas are only valid for single entry into Ethiopia and are not valid for stays longer than 30 days.
Fees
The cost of an Ethiopia visa depends on the type of visa being applied for and the method of application. For applications submitted in person at an embassy or consulate, fees range from $50 USD (single entry) to $100 USD (multiple entry).
For applications submitted online via the e-Visa system, fees range from $52 USD (single entry) to $102 USD (multiple entry). All fees must be paid in US dollars and are non-refundable.
