Types of Egypt Visas
Egypt offers several types of visas for Ukrainian citizens, including tourist visas, business visas, student visas, and transit visas. Tourist visas are valid for up to three months and allow visitors to explore the country’s many attractions. Business visas are valid for up to six months and allow visitors to conduct business activities in Egypt. Student visas are valid for up to one year and allow students to study in Egypt. Transit visas are valid for up to 72 hours and allow travelers to pass through Egypt while en route to another destination.
The type of visa you need depends on your purpose of travel. It is important that you apply for the correct type of visa as failure to do so may result in your application being denied or delayed.
Documents Required
In order to apply for an Egypt visa, Ukrainian citizens must submit a completed visa application form, a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining, two recent passport-sized photographs, proof of sufficient funds, and proof of accommodation in Egypt. Depending on the type of visa you are applying for, additional documents may be required.
It is important that all documents submitted are accurate and complete as any discrepancies may result in your application being denied or delayed.
Application Process
Ukrainian citizens can apply for an Egypt visa online via the Egypt e-Visa. The online application process is quick and easy and applicants can expect a response within 3-5 working days.
Once approved, applicants will receive their visa electronically which they must print out and present upon arrival in Egypt.
Fees
The cost of an Egypt visa varies depending on the type of visa applied for and the length of stay in the country.
Tourist visas start from $25 USD while business visas start from $50 USD.
