Types of Visas
Cambodia offers several types of visas for Egyptian citizens, including tourist visas, business visas, and student visas. Tourist visas are valid for up to 30 days and can be extended for an additional 30 days. Business visas are valid for up to 90 days and can be extended for an additional 90 days. Student visas are valid for up to one year and can be extended for an additional year.
The type of visa you need depends on your purpose of travel. If you are travelling to Cambodia for tourism purposes, you will need a tourist visa. If you are travelling to Cambodia for business purposes, you will need a business visa. And if you are travelling to Cambodia as a student, you will need a student visa.
Application Process
Egyptian citizens can apply for a Cambodia visa online through eVisa Cambodia. The application process is simple and straightforward and takes only a few minutes to complete. All you need to do is fill out the online application form with your personal details and passport information, pay the visa fee, and submit your application.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive an email notification with your eVisa attached as a PDF file. You must print out this eVisa and present it at the port of entry when entering Cambodia.
Requirements
In order to apply for a Cambodia visa, Egyptian citizens must meet certain requirements:
- Valid passport: You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining from the date of arrival in Cambodia.
- Passport photo: You must provide a recent passport-sized photograph.
- Proof of accommodation: You must provide proof of accommodation such as hotel reservations or rental agreements.
- Proof of funds: You must provide proof that you have sufficient funds to cover your stay in Cambodia.
- Return ticket:: You must provide proof that you have purchased a return ticket or onward ticket.
Fees
The cost of a Cambodia visa varies depending on the type of visa and the length of stay. Tourist visas cost $30 USD for single entry and $45 USD for multiple entries. Business visas cost $35 USD for single entry and $50 USD for multiple entries. Student visas cost $50 USD for single entry and $75 USD for multiple entries.
