B1 visa required documents (US Business Visa)
Passport
The most important document you need to apply for a B1 visa is your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay in the US. It should also have at least two blank pages for the visa stamp.
You will also need to provide a copy of your passport’s biographical page, which contains your name, date of birth, and photo.
Letter of Invitation
You will need to provide a letter of invitation from the company or organization you are visiting in the US. The letter should include information about the purpose of your visit, duration of stay, and contact information of the host.
The letter should also include an assurance that all expenses related to your visit will be covered by the host.
Proof of Funds
You must provide proof that you have enough funds to cover all expenses during your stay in the US. This can be in the form of bank statements or credit card statements showing sufficient funds.
You may also need to provide evidence that you have sufficient funds to return home after your trip.
USA ESTA
If you are travelling from one of the countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP), then you will need an USA ESTA. An ESTA is an electronic authorization that allows citizens from VWP countries to travel to the US without a visa.
To apply for an ESTA, you must fill out an online application form and pay a fee.
