Armenia Vaccination Requirements: Do I need a vaccine to travel to Armenia?
Vaccination Requirements
Armenia does not require any vaccinations for entry into the country. However, it is recommended that travelers be up-to-date on routine vaccinations such as measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis, varicella (chickenpox), polio, and influenza.
It is also recommended that travelers get vaccinated against hepatitis A and B, typhoid, rabies, and meningococcal disease before traveling to Armenia. These vaccines are especially important if you plan to stay in rural areas or visit areas with poor sanitation.
eVisa to Armenia
In order to enter Armenia, all foreign nationals must obtain an eVisa prior to arrival. The eVisa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and allows a single entry into the country for a maximum stay of 21 days.
The eVisa application process is simple and can be completed online in just a few minutes. To apply for an eVisa, simply fill out the online application form at eVisa to Armenia. Once your application has been approved, you will receive your eVisa via email.
Health Insurance
It is highly recommended that travelers have health insurance when visiting Armenia. Health care in Armenia can be expensive and many medical facilities may require payment upfront before providing treatment.
Travelers should make sure their health insurance covers them while abroad and consider purchasing additional travel insurance if necessary.
